Should you shoot super 8 film?

Chances are you've seen super 8 footage before. If not, watch my video below and you will see for yourself what it looks like.

That being said, I also probably don't have to convince you why film is cool. If I did however, I would tell you that it has a certain look to it that digital lacks, the process is different than digital and it's just fun to work with a camera and a format that my parents' wedding film was probably shot on. 

In this video, I take you through what shooting super 8 film looks like and what the results look like when you shoot it at a wedding. 

Finally, I think you should include super 8 footage into your wedding film for a few reasons.

1) It is fun to shoot (the older folks love it!)

2) It feels very nostalgic

3) The colors and the way film looks cant truly be replicated on digital
